Our Team-as-a-Service offering does not include:

  • Unmanaged contractor supply.

  • Standalone recruitment or CV submission services.

  • Teams or individuals provided without governance, oversight, or delivery leadership.

  • Commercial activity (e.g. procurement execution, supplier contracting, direct management of client-side supplier agreements — we advise and support, but ownership remains with the client).

  • Provision of hardware, hosting, infrastructure, software licences, or tooling (we specify or advise, but supply is the client’s responsibility).

  • Legal, HR, or regulatory compliance services beyond good practice governance.

INTERIM PMO SETUP
