Our Experience
Confi draws on extensive professional experience across Defence, central government, healthcare and enterprise environments.
Our founder, Simon Coulton, began his career in the British Army before progressing into senior technology delivery and transformation roles. His experience includes complex infrastructure and cloud programmes, digital identity initiatives, technology migrations, service transitions and operational change.
This background helps shape Confi's practical approach to consultancy, combining an understanding of complex technology environments with delivery leadership, commercial awareness and operational discipline.

Throughout my career across Defence, healthcare, central government and enterprise environments, I've worked on programmes involving significant technology transformation, operational change and complex delivery requirements. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that successful outcomes depend on more than plans, processes or individual disciplines. They require the right expertise, an understanding of the wider environment and a genuine commitment to achieving what has been agreed.
