Scope:
Delivery of contract exit programme, including planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement for disaggregation of services

Contribution:
Provided senior project management, engaging stakeholders to gather requirements across business areas; developed and managed project budgets and financial costings; assessed technical dependencies and business processes; led disaggregation workshops, chaired regular stakeholder meetings, and maintained RAID logs, proposals, and project plans

Outcome:
Contract exit programme delivered to critical milestones, with customer proposals completed on time, risks managed, and project spend kept within approved budgets

Scope:
Relocation of IT services and infrastructure as part of a secure site move, including network, server, and facilities transitions.

Contribution:
Project management of IT services move; determined network requirements through topology review; prepared scope for electrical remediation; worked with Design Authority to upgrade corporate server room to secure standard; maintained stakeholder engagement across business units, security teams, facilities.

Outcome:
Successful transition of IT services and supporting infrastructure to the new secure campus, with operational continuity maintained.

Scope:
Design and governance of engineering and test environments for a new secure cloud platform

Contribution:
Managed the design, change process, and governance for all environmental changes supporting cloud services; ensured workstreams had the environments and equipment needed to deliver; provided process guidance, chaired change governance boards, and supported escalation of risks and improvement opportunities

Outcome:
Delivered robust, well-governed engineering and test environments that enabled consistent delivery, improved control of change activity, and supported the development of the secure cloud platform

"Goodbye XP: The retirement it deserved (and overdue)"

Scope:
Operating system uplift from Windows XP to Windows 7 across a secure estate supporting over 90,000 users

Contribution:
Project management of planning, coordination, and deployment, working closely with client security teams and technical leads to ensure compliance and minimal user disruption

Outcome:
Successful migration delivered within agreed schedule, improving security posture and operational capability across the estate
