Delivering a replacement Identity & Access Management service required multiple technical, operational and business workstreams to progress in parallel before transition into live service could begin.
The programme also needed to successfully transition services from the outgoing supplier while maintaining governance, delivery momentum and operational readiness.
Delivery Leadership:
Provided delivery leadership across multiple project managers responsible for delivering technical, operational and organisational workstreams throughout implementation and transition.
Responsibilities included coordinating Agile programme delivery, dependency management, governance, stakeholder engagement and transition readiness across all workstreams.
Outcomes Delivered:
The new Identity & Access Management solution was successfully implemented and transitioned into live service.
Multiple workstreams were coordinated through to operational readiness, enabling successful supplier transition while maintaining service continuity throughout delivery.
