Outcomes Delivered:
Generic ward accounts were successfully replaced with individually assigned user identities across the acute hospital estate, strengthening accountability and improving auditability of patient record access.
The programme delivered secure single sign-on capabilities, improved the clinician user experience and achieved approximately £250,000 annual savings through reduced password reset activity.
