Our founder served in the British Army before moving into project management within the NHS and Ministry of Defence. After over a decade delivering mission-critical infrastructure in defence and government, he saw a gap in the market: too many consultancies were good at talking but struggled when it came to actual delivery.
Confi was created to fix that.

Confi was founded by a British Army veteran with a working-class background and over a decade of experience managing IT delivery across the Ministry of Defence and NHS.
